Week 6: 13 stone 7.5lb BMI 33.48 (-15lbs) **

Half a pound, half a pound thats all I lost!!! Not happy but at least it's off and not on. I have decided its time to go back to basics and stop those treats sneaking in such as packets of crisps at lunch time ;O)

I have made a big impact on the xtrainer and been on most nights for 40 minutes but not really walked far in my shape-ups so Im going to get up a bit earlier and make an effort. Last night I stopped off at the Chinese and had a spring roll and split a portion of special curry and fried rice with the hubby. I can honestly say I didn't enjoy it and the Asian food I have been cooking out of the WW books has been so much nicer and tastier.

I have decided to buy a bike and save some cash during the summer as fuel prices are rocketing. The bikes not cheap but I figure by taking a packed lunch, cutting down on the alcohol and stopping the take aways I will be saving a fortune so why not ;O)
